So that is what an oyster looks like

Floating laboratory with a 26 year old, 100 lbs, carnivorous and almost extinct species of Grouper fish makes me happy. Anorexic starfishes and colorful corals makes me happy (although those corals gave me a pretty mean sting!). Rust and moss colored, rough textured shore stones and beautifully serene sky lines makes me happy. Fresh coconuts and generous locals makes me happy. Secret caves and turtles makes me happy. Sweet mangoes and tricycle top loads makes me happy. The list could go on and on and I am just getting started.

Guimaras Island

One happy girl

You look down from this path and you’ll see lines of orange colored starfishes. It reminds me of Patrick the starfish.

Few years ago, all I ever knew about Guimaras Island is their sweet mangoes, now, I just want to hop on a motorcycle and explore the island for days. The beaches, the ruined lighthouse and the coral reefs! (and I don’t even know how to ride a bike lest a motorcycle!) The more I go around, the more I realize that there are so much to see and so much to learn (and to eat?), good thing I don’t just have a hungry tummy I have a starving mind as well 🙂

Guimaras Island

The sky, the light, the locals, its all so beautiful.
